He received certifications for advanced training in oral implantology at the AAID Toronto Implant Institute. He is a Fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantology (FICOI) and Fellow of the American Academy of Implant Prosthodontics (FAAIP) and Diplomate of The International Dental Implant Association (DIDIA). Dr. Alexander is a lecturer and Key Opinion Leader for Straumann/Neodent. He is currently an adjunct clinical faculty member at the Implant Pathway Continued Education Continuum program in Phoenix, AZ.
Not only does he perform surgery for the All-on-X procedure, but he also restores, and gives lectures about the procedure to dentist locally and nation-wide.
Overall Dr. Alexander’s passion for education, continued professional development, clinical mentorship and patient care continues to benefit others by aiding to build and grow communities of impassioned young implantologist motivated by the common goal to provide the very oral health and reconstructive needs of deserving patient populations.

With the advances with predictability of CAD/CAM planning and success of immediate loading of full arch prosthetics, the quality of life for the patients with terminal-dentition or edentulous patient is better served with an immediately loaded fixed, cross-arch stabilized prosthesis versus a 2-stage procedure with a delayed loading protocol. This can lead to decreased treatment times and comorbidities. We will review indications & workflows comparing and contrasting classical vs contemporary surgical and restorative workflows to provisionalize and restore the full arch All-On-X patient .
